Lee Chul-Woo

Abstract
FIMS is a kind of total system for the diagnosis and treatment of myofascial pain syndromes which is chronic pain conditions in the musculoskeletal system when there is no obvious injury or inflammation.
It applies Cannon and Rosenblueth¡¯s Law of Denervation to explain the supersensitivity that occurs with peripheral neuropathy in chronic pain conditions. C.C.Gunn¡¯s radiculopathy model explains neuropathy to occur, almost invariably, at the nerve root causing radiculopathic pain. FIMS is using needle technique to treat paraspinal periosteal lesion, facet, dural sleeve, lateral recess and soft tissue in intervertebral foramen in addition to paraspinal invisible body.
